Antlers mounted on the form!
All you need to mount a deer ... a cape, ear liners, and a form. (Thread, needles, staple gun, paper pulp, screws, popsicle sticks, antlers, stand, T-pins, hide paste, ear glue, toothpicks, lip saw, fake eyes not included in photograph)
Bags of animals. A deer and a fox.

More work on the deer. Mostly just detail work, like sewing, fitting... making the ears... etc.
